Terms of Service
Welcome to the FujoCoded Store! These terms cover what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when you shop with us. If you have questions about anything here, feel free to contact us.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal
- Shop Pay: Including Shop Pay Installments (buy now, pay later)
All orders require payment in full at checkout unless you're using Shop Pay Installments. Orders won't ship until payment is fully processed.
For U.S. Customers: Sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping destination and collected at checkout.
For International Customers: Your region may have import duties, customs fees, or additional taxes. We'll calculate what we can at checkout, but some fees may be collected by your courier or customs office upon delivery. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import requirements before ordering to avoid surprises.
Digital Products
Digital products (tutorials, digital packs, downloadable content) are delivered electronically and available immediately after purchase.
Refunds for digital products are available if:
- You haven't downloaded or accessed the content yet
- There's a technical issue preventing access that we can't resolve
- You were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount, etc.)
Not satisfied? If you're unhappy with a digital purchase, contact us within 7 days. We'll work something out—whether that's a refund, store credit, or helping you get more value from what you bought.
If you're having trouble accessing your digital purchase, reach out before requesting a refund—we're happy to help troubleshoot.
Physical Products: Refunds & Exchanges
Full refunds are available within 30 days of delivery if:
- Your item arrived clearly damaged (photo evidence required)
- You cancelled before we shipped your order
- Your order went unfulfilled for more than 30 days (except for pre-orders, which have their own timelines)
Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was damaged during shipping (photo evidence required)
- You made a mistake with your order (sizing, color, etc.)
Refunds and exchanges are NOT available for:
- Orders that arrive later than expected
- Cancellation requests after the order has shipped
- Custom or personalized orders
- Lost or stolen packages (contact us to discuss options)
- Normal wear and tear from use
- Damage from mishandling after delivery
- General dissatisfaction not covered above
Missing items? Contact us immediately with your order info and we'll sort it out.
Shipping for returns and exchanges is the customer's responsibility—we don't cover return shipping costs. If you're exchanging for an item at a different price point, we'll charge or credit the difference.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund, return, or exchange request.
Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? No problem—as long as we haven't shipped it yet. This includes address changes, adding or removing items, or cancelling entirely.
Once an order ships, we can't make changes or accept cancellations. If you need to redirect a shipped package due to an address error on your end, any additional shipping costs are your responsibility. If something urgent comes up with an already-shipped order, contact us immediately and we'll see what we can do.
Shipping
We ship from California, USA. Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days after payment clears, unless the listing states otherwise (like pre-orders).
You'll get an email with tracking info when your order ships.
Need expedited shipping or have special delivery requirements? Contact us before or immediately after placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Domestic (U.S.)
- Expected delivery: Within 14 business days of shipping confirmation
- Carriers: USPS or UPS
- Tracking: Included with most orders
Sticker-only orders ship via regular USPS mail without tracking to keep costs down. If you'd prefer tracked shipping for a sticker order, let us know and we can arrange it for an additional fee.
If your order hasn't arrived after 14 business days, contact us. We can't control packages once they're with the carrier, but we'll do our best to help track it down.
International
- Expected delivery: Up to 3 months, depending on destination (often much faster)
- Carrier: Pirate Ship international shipping
- Tracking: Not guaranteed for all destinations—we'll include it if available
Important for international orders:
- If your package hasn't arrived within 4 months, contact us and we'll try to help locate it
- We cannot offer full replacements for lost or stolen international packages due to shipping costs—but we may be able to offer store credit or a discount on a future order depending on the situation
- You may owe import duties or taxes (like VAT) upon delivery—these are your responsibility
Discounts & Promotions
We occasionally offer promo codes and special deals. Unless stated otherwise:
- Discounts apply only to eligible items (not shipping, taxes, or fees)
- Each promotion has its own terms and expiration date
- Expired codes can't be honored, no exceptions
Resale Policy
Everything in the FujoCoded Store is for personal use only. By purchasing, you agree not to resell items through any storefront, online or physical.
Fujoboards
Fujoboards are engraved in-house and handmade from natural wood, which means each one is unique. You might notice small variations like:
- Minor scuffs or surface texture differences
- Natural wood grain patterns and color variation
- Slightly rough areas where the grain is coarser
We inspect every paddle before shipping to ensure there are no major defects—but these small quirks are part of what makes each board one-of-a-kind.
Production & Shipping:
- Fujoboards typically ship within one week of order receipt
- Timing may vary based on demand and destination
- We'll communicate any delays, design changes, or manufacturing updates via your checkout email
Changes & Cancellations:
You can request changes or cancellations until production begins on your order. After that, your order is locked in.
